2023 Fall season
Directions to register:
Complete the Google Form by clicking on the button above. Please complete a separate form for each athlete.
Pay for your registration by clicking on the Payments tab on the website and completing our online payment option.
Eligible Athletes: Students in grades 1-6 for 2023/2024 school year
Length of Season: 8 weeks (late August - October)
Practices: Twice a week (mainly Mondays/Wednesdays) on the turf field at Conestoga Valley High School.
Games: 5 Saturdays throughout the season. We will have 2 games each day. Game dates: 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/14, 10/21
Equipment Needed: Stick, shin guards, mouth guard, and appropriate athletic attire and footwear are required to play. Each athlete will receive a team t-shirt with registration.
Teams: Grades 1 & 2; Grades 3 & 4; Grades 5 & 6
Cost: $80/1st athlete; $70/2nd athlete; $60/any additional athletes in family
